: It’s easy to create your member list in Garden Bud. You can even upload your existing member list from excel (if you already have one). You can then send members an email or sms link, inviting them to download the Garden Bud app.
No - the monthly fee paid by the Garden (either $19.95 or $29.95 depending on the size of your garden) allows all of your members to download and use Garden Bud.
Yes - in GardenBud, you can store the contact details of members who don’t have the App, so you can easily contact them by phone or email.
No - you can easily upload an excel sheet with your existing member list.
There will be a small credit card fee depending on the provider.
That’s completely fine. You don’t have to collect membership fees through Garden Bud. If a member has paid you in cash, you can update the payment status in Garden Bud to show that the member has already paid.
When a spot becomes available, you can send an invite by email or sms inviting them to join. You can also send potential members a questionnaire or form to complete before they are accepted on the waiting list.
That’s completely ok. Subscriptions are paid monthly, and you can cancel at any time.
